Liveen Business helps manage communities through financial management, fee collection, online payments, accounting reports, communication, surveys, access control, bookings, requests, maintenance, inventory, documents, meetings, and operational traceability.
Article 1. Role of the administration
The administration or contracting entity must define which data it uploads, which roles it authorizes, which purposes it communicates to residents, and how it handles data subject requests when acting as controller.
Article 2. Role of Liveen
Liveen may act as technology provider, processor, or controller for its own account, billing, support, security, and commercial operation data, depending on the contract and the specific purpose.
Article 3. Measures
Liveen Business must rely on role-based access controls, traceability, audit logs, encryption where applicable, logical segregation, backups, monitoring, incident management, administrative controls, and security best practices.
Article 4. Shared responsibility
Liveen protects the platform; the administration must manage users, permissions, data quality, internal channels, resident communications, and compliance with its obligations as controller where applicable.
